Well, "Miss Robbie" did it…

Gathered her favorite twigs and sprigs

Flew around, searching high and low for that perfect spot

And, then, she found it…

That little corner of the world where she felt a sense of warmth

A sweet little spot where she knew growth and rejuvenation would bloom…

The perfect NEW nest for her family's HOME!

So, just in case you have been wondering what I have been up to…wondering if I just "flew the coop"…wondering if I just decided I would not ever be able to catch up on my blogging and just decided to let it go…

Wonder no more!!

This blog is going to be more ALIVE than ever!!  There are so many sweet, funny, crazy, and silly stories I want to share with you, and I am so excited to tell you that I will be doing just this from our new NEST!!

Yes, it's time to fluff a new NEST, and I am doing just that! 

Why?…you might ask…

My sweet hubby accepted a promotion with his company so we are now busy unpacking all of our "twigs and sprigs" (yes, they are mostly mine…why, oh, why do so many of the boxes say "A~M's"???!!)  in ALABAMA!!!

Yep, this SOUTHERN GIRL is back in her home state!!  Southern soil under my feet and sweet southern friends and family just a wee bit closer to my nest!! 

So stay tuned…even though I cannot possibly go back and catch up on each and every day I missed along the way, I will be recapping lots of happenings I encountered.  It was hard to say goodbye to friends and some of our favorite spots, but it's a sweet thought to know I will have such fun catching up with them when visiting back in Virginia and DC.  I'm already missing those friends…thank goodness for phone chats, text messages, and emails!   Oh, we are going to have such fun on this blog journey…thanks so much for hanging on and hanging tight til I could get back in my blogging chair!  So much to tell you about, and I cannot wait to begin sharing things with you all again.

Sweet Beads from a sweet friend…crazy moving stories…visits with friends…Tucker's tales (of course!!)…updates about when I will reopen the shoppe…shoppe specials (some just for YOU blog readers!)…and, a whole lotta NESTING!!
