Choosing my word for 2012 was fairly easy…there was one word that kept coming to mind even when a few others fluttered in and out.  This one word seems to just be perfect for all of the goals I have dancing around in my head these days.

DETERMINED

It’s a big word with tons of energy, heart and soul, passion, and creativity.
It’s a word that fights fear, uncertainty, an anxious heart or mind…it fills in blanks with “I CAN”.
It won’t let me “off the hook”…it will keep me grounded…it will cause me to see more finish lines.
It will push me to listen to my HEART and follow it.
It will serve as a cheerleader on days when I may need a bit of motivation.
It will help me to focus on my visions, reach for my dreams, and make them realities.

Oh, this word…I told you it would have BIG responsibilities!!  🙂

You may wonder how in the world it can do all these things.  You’re probably thinking, “Goodness, I’m sooo grabbing a word, too!”

I’ll tell you how it is going to do all these things…each time I think of this word…each time I look at it on my inspiration board…each time I hear it…

Each of these things will serve as a reminder that I AM DETERMINED!! ~

In my heart and my faith, in my business, and  in my personal life

And, great things can happen when we are DETERMINED!!
