I hope you had a sweet Valentine's Day!  I found this cute little box of cupcake mix and decided I would make these sweet treats for my hubby.  Red velvet cupcakes are not one of my favorites, but I decided this box was just too cute to pass up.  These ruby red goodies were actually good!  The icing was rather sweet for me, but John didn't seem to mind!  And, after all…they were baked with lots of LOVE so how could he not like them!

We awoke to a winter wonderland again today!  We didn't have all that snow like our southern neighbors did on Friday, but we had lots of flurries today!  And, it's still snowing!  John, Tucker, and I went for a little walk in it earlier today.  It brought back lots of fun memories of days in the snow in Germany and Virginia!  Tucker loves the white stuff!  And, of course, I am all about any excuse to wear my polka dot boots! 

Hope you're staying warm!  As Annie would say, "the sun will come out tomorrow"!!  Oh, I hope it does!!  Please…Please!! 🙂
