A NEW YEAR is upon us…in just a few days we’ll be looking at 2012, just ready and waiting for us like a new sketchpad…a blank canvas to be filled with color, adventures, happiness, hope, and big dreams!  What will your canvas look like as you embark upon this new year?

I’m always excited about a new year…that new canvas that is just waiting for me to fill it up!  And, especially this year as I begin to share more of my paintings, mixed media, and creative artwork that is straight from my heart and soul.  Well, it sounds just perfect to me to think of 2012 as a brand new CANVAS awaiting splashes of hope, excitement, adventure, stepping out, letting go, dreaming HUGE, reaching out, sharing my heart, and so much more fun stuff.  It’s gonna be a great year…I feel it in my bones!! Don’t you??

Well, it sure can be because my friend, you hold the paintbrush!! Yes, there will certainly be things that are out of our control that pop up, but I’m talking about focusing on those things that we can have a hand in.  This year I am focusing on my FAITH, Believing in ME, feeling the EXCITEMENT and HOPE deep in my soul, sharing it, and making it a reality.  What are you focusing on and looking forward to?  Tell me…I just may need to add it to my list, too!!
