I was busy doing something, and I decided to grab my sketchbook and just do one of those “on a whim” sketches.  This is what came about…she did…then, her love came through.  Once all of her love began to shine, she came to life with such personality and beauty.

This can be us every day.  We can choose to live from a place of love, and I believe that joy is a huge part of this.  How do we find joy?  ~  We have to look for it.  Yes, yes, I know…our hearts are overwhelmed with stories of sadness, worries, and upset.  But, love can be bigger than all of these if we want it to be.  No, we can’t change everything…there are so many things in life that we do not have control over.  We do have control over our quest for joy though.

And, yes, my friend, we do have the choice to choose love.

I challenge you to choose LOVE today when there may be moments you ordinarily would not…when there are times that it feels oh, so difficult.
CHOOSE love, and see what a difference it makes…in those around you, and most importantly, in your HEART.  I promise you JOY will not be far behind!
