*SMILE, SMILE, SMILE at someone today…oh, my ~ what a difference YOU may make in their day!

Its’ the truth…it really is ~ if we just take a few minutes to look UP, meet the gaze of the person we are passing or in front of, and just SMILE…well, it might make such a difference in their day…that moment.  Perhaps that short encounter with you might be the happiest part of their day.  Maybe YOUR SMILE added a dose of happy to that moment for them, maybe it made them SMILE back, maybe they even said “hello”.  And, before you came along, they might have been feeling a bit low for some reason.  You may have been the very reason they felt like a little dose of sunshine landed on their day.

See what an impact YOU can make with even the simplest effort?  🙂  Don’t forget this…remember that YOU are beautiful, YOU are special, and YOU have a gift.  And, whether or not you use it in artwork, behind a desk answering phones, meeting the needs of others in a hospital or nursing facility, or some other job, YOU really do have the power to make a difference in someone’s day.  Suppose your smile or your kind word was the only one they received that day.  Makes it feel pretty special, huh?  🙂  I think so.  I love it when I have been about to pass someone while walking or such and can just see that they are probably not going to smile…I do and maybe I even say “hi”…then the magic happens.  Magic doesn’t always happen, of course, but most times it does…they smile back. Even if their smile is a little shy, and their “hello” may only be a whisper…well, maybe mine left a happy impact on their day.

Don’t sell yourself short…you do have the power to add a dose of SUNSHINE to someone’s day…and, when you do…well, you get a little gift in return!  It’s a good feeling, I tell ya!  

I’m SMILING  at YOU today, sweet friend ~ and, I truly hope your corner of the world feels a wee bit brighter!  You do that for me…hanging out with me here…that’s a huge smile to my days!  Thank you!
